The geef honored Mr. Naveen Srivastava Director (Operations) of the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited with prestigious "The GEEF Global HSE Leader of the Year 2025" in Power Sector (Transmission) Sector with a trophy and citation for their exceptional contributions to Health-Safety-Environmental Beliefs, Values, Action & Attitudes in their practices during the Global Clean Energy Summit on Wednesday, 12th February 2025 at JW Marriott Aerocity New Delhi Aerocity, India.
Mr. Naveen Srivastava is exemplary leadership in health, safety, and environmental management. Under his visionary guidance, POWERGRID has achieved outstanding milestones of 411 safe workdays in Operation and Maintenance of Transmission System in POWERGRID. Mr. Srivastava's unwavering dedication to achieving a "Safety First" culture, commitment to sustainable practices, and exceptional leadership make him a role model in the global energy sector. He has more than 22 years of experience in Operations & maintenance of POWERGRID Assets. Deeply involved in a variety of activities including Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Testing and Commissioning (T&C), SCADA, commercial, Business development and communication works. Mr. Srivastava had successfully completed the prestigious underground cabling work for the sub-transmission and distribution network in Old Kashi, one of the oldest cities in the world. This project received appreciation from the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Hon’ble Chief Minister, and the Myanmar delegation.
